Time-limit of the European championship at Rapid and Blitz chess among women.
Minsk, 2-7 October 2001.

1. Organizers:
Ministry of Tourism and Sport, Belorussian Chess Federation, Republic Center of Olympic chess.
2. Participants.:
The players of all chess federations, belonging to zones 1.1-1.9 of the International chess federation, are admitted to take part in European championship at Rapid and Blitz chess.
Every participant must inform the organizing commission about her participant 1-month before the beginning of the championship. Federation has the right to reject the registration if the inquiry will be received after that date.

4. Championship at Rapid Chess.
2-4 of October 2001, (11 tournament, 25 minutes for one game, P-25`) in the Palace of Republic, Minsk.

Thursday: 02.10 Arrival of the players and registration till 21.00 in the Republic Center of Olympic chess, Minsk, K. Marksa str., 10.
21.30 - conference.

Wednesday: 03.10 10.00 - Opening-day, 10.30 - 18.00 tournaments I-YI P-25`

Thursday: 04.10 10.30-17.00 tournaments YII-XI P-25`
till 21.00 - registration of the players of the championship (in the Republic center of Olympic chess).
21.30 - conference.

5. Championship at Blitz.
5-7 October 2001 (20 double tournaments, 5 minutes for one game, P-5`) in the Palace of the republic.

Friday: 05.10 10.00 - Opening-day
10.30-18.00 tournaments I-X P-5`

Saturday: 06.10 10.30-18.00 tournaments XI-XX P-5`
19.00 - Closing, rewarding of the winners, banquet.

Sunday: 07.10 Departure of the players.

6. Rewarding .
Money prizes: 20 prizes in every tournament. Total prize found - 25.000 DM (Rapid Chess - 15 000 DM, Blitz - 10 000 DM).
7. Registration of the participants :
will be arranged in the Republic Center of Olympic Chess: Minsk, K.Marksa str. 10.
Time-from 8.00 till 21.00 -- the day of the arrival, tel. (375) (17) 227-41-11
8. Placing:
in single and double rooms in the hotels 'Planeta' and 'Yubileinaya.'
The cost of the living (without supplying) depending from the category of the room 25-80 $ (for one day).
9. Payment for the participation.
