There are 3 tournaments : "A"- for the champions of the last Chigorin
memorials (robin 9 rounds).
"B"- for players with ELO 2350 and more, swiss sistem, 9 rounds.
"C"- for players with ELO 2400 and less, swiss sistem, 9 rounds.
3 November - last round and in the evening the tournament will be closed.
Accommodation condition:
The grandmasters having FIDE rating (on 1.07.2002) 2500 and higher are accepted by organizers with hotel fee and meals.
The grandmasters having FIDE rating (on 1.07.2002) less then 2500 are accepted by the organizers with meals.
The international masters with rating 2500 and higher are accepted without tournament fee.
Other international masters pay the tournament fee:
rating: 2450 and higher - 10 $, 2400 and higher - 20 $, 2350 and higher - 30 $ in "B" or 35 $ in "C",
2300 and higher - 40 $, 2250 and higher - 50 $, 2200 and higher - 60 $,
< 2200 - 70 $.
The players without title of international masters are accepted by their own account and pay the tournament fee:
rating : 2500 and higher - 10 $ 2250 and higher - 60 $
2450 and higher - 20 $ 2200 and higher - 70 $
2400 and higher - 30 $ 2150 and higher - 80 $
2350 and higher - 40 $ in "B" or 45 $ in "C" 2100 and higher - 90 $
2300 and higher - 50 $ without any rating - 100 $
The awarded fund:
Tournament "A": 1 prize - 2.000$, 2 prize - 1.500$, 3 prize - 1.000$.
Tournament "B": 1 prize - 2.000$, 2 prize - 1.500$, 3 prize - 1.200$, 4 prize - 1.000$, 5prize - 800$, 6 prize - 700$, 7 prize - 600$, 8prize - 500$,9 prize - 400$,10 prize - 300$,11 - 15 prizes - 200$ each.
Tournament "C": 1 prize - 1.000$, 2 prize - 700$, 3 prize - 500$, 4 prize - 400$, 5 - 7prizes - 300$ each, 8 - 12 prizes - 200$ each, 13 - 15 prizes - 100$ each.
We have two special prizes - 100$.
In case of division of the places all prizes are shared equally between all participants.
