The 8th open team Championship of Europe between seniores took place in Drezden (Germany). 46 teams took part in the event. Russian team from Moscow became the winner of the Championship. Evgeni Vasiukov (2493), Yuri Shabanov (2427), Oleg Chernikov (2411) and Boris Arkhangelsky (2384) played for Russian team.
