Valery Loginov became the Champion of Saint-Petersburg 2004. 77th Men Championship of Saint-Petersburg took place 1-11 April. Note :It's not an error in the game Matlakov-Loginov , the result is really a draw after 70.Rf3+. It was a mutual blindness! The only way for GM Loginov to rehabilitate by himself it was to win the tournament!
