Swiss system, 9 Rounds.
The time limit: 40 moves in 2 hours, then 20 moves in 1 hour and
finally 10 minutes for the remaining moves with addition 30 seconds
from the 61th move.
The prize fund - $100.000, the 1st prize - $20.000, 2nd - $13.000,
3rd - $10.000 etc.
